Our Vision
Striving Minds Academy is a skills development company working with the SOLE aim of providing unique skills development courses in the Mining, Engineering and Hospitality industries. Apart from our policy, our services are unique, cost effective and flexible to all stake holders, who are striving to reach the highest level of competency in their respective fields.
Our services vary, and they range from SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, COOPERATE TRAINING, FURTHER FOUNDATION TRAINING and we also have projects department which is aimed at catering the HEAD-CRACKING SITUATIONS, which is comprised of a group of experts in their fields. We do training from the Common-Man, Lower to Upper-Level Management, Shareholders to Company owners.
Our training provides solutions to the whole business spectrum at large. We aim to be an ONE-STOP-TRAINING-CENTRE

The management of Striving Minds Academy will be composed of black, coloured and white and includes women on the team. The Directors worked intensely in the field of TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES for a number of years
